About Adriana
Hi, I'm Adriana! I'm a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance) with a passion for creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for all bodies and all levels. My classes blend mindful movement with breath awareness, making yoga approachable and accessible whether you're brand new or have been practicing for years. I'm also CPR/AED certified, so your safety is always a priority.
Born in Toronto and raised in Miami, I'm a proud NYU graduate in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. My career has taken me through IBM, The Walt Disney Company, and Gastrograph AI — and through all of it, yoga has been my anchor. I believe the same rigor I bring to product and technology, I bring to the mat: intentional, thoughtful, always human-centered.
Yoga should be a space where everyone feels welcome. Through these free community classes, I hope to open the door for more people to experience the grounding benefits of mindfulness — building strength, balance, and calm that carry off the mat and into everyday life.
What I Offer
A mindful vinyasa flow designed for beginners and those returning to practice. We focus on alignment, breath, and building a strong foundation from the ground up.
Pranayama-forward sessions that combine breath work with grounding postures. Perfect for stress relief and finding stillness in your week.
Community-centered flow sessions that emphasize connection — to your body, your breath, and the people around you. Movement as meditation.
