Hi, I'm Adriana — a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance) with a passion for creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for all bodies and all levels. My classes blend mindful movement with breath awareness, making yoga approachable and accessible whether you're brand new or have been practicing for years.
Yoga should be a space where everyone feels welcome — not just those who can afford a boutique studio membership.
Through these free community classes, I hope to open the door for more people to experience the grounding benefits of mindfulness — building strength, balance, and calm that carry off the mat and into everyday life.

I've tried many yoga teachers in the city and Adriana stands out. Her cues are clear, her energy is infectious, and the fact that these sessions are free says everything about who she is.
The breathwork sessions have been transformative for my stress levels. I carry that calm into my entire week. Adriana makes yoga feel approachable and deeply meaningful at the same time.
