Substack — Now Live ↗

Writing for ambitious women learning to hold it all — career pivots, side businesses, identity, wellness, and the beautiful chaos of building a full life without apology.

I write the way I live: multi-hyphenate and fully present. Expect essays on navigating tech as a Latina woman, what yoga actually teaches you about work, and how to build things — businesses, bodies, communities — that last.

The why

Writing is how
I make sense of it all

I'm a Senior Product Manager, a yoga teacher, and a woman who's spent years at the intersection of too many things to fit in a single bio box. For a long time, I thought that meant I needed to pick one thing. I don't think that anymore.

Multi-hyphenate isn't a compromise. It's the whole point.

This Substack is for the women who are also too many things. The ones building careers with intention while also growing something on the side, going to yoga class, texting their family in Spanish, and somehow still trying to save money. I see you. I am you.

I'll write about the real stuff — what it takes to level up in tech without losing yourself, what running free yoga classes in NYC taught me about community, and why building Machisma Beauty while job-searching is a feature, not a bug.
